Pedestrian bridge on the Rio Torto river - Saluzzo (CN), Italy

Installing a pedestrian bridge on the Rio Torto river in Saluzzo (CN). The zinc-coated metal structure with an 18-metre span, weighing a total of 20,000 kg, was pre-assembled in a parking area and hoisted over the "Le Rondini" housing building using a 30-metre crane. It was mounted on 3 previously installed reinforced concrete supports. The bridge links the streets Corso XXVII Aprile and Via Martiri della Liberazione, passing through the "Le Rondini" residential complex.
